Finding a both competent and reasonably priced contractor for remodeling has always been a problem in our town. They seem to come and go. Finding someone who would follow-up proved impossible. And we were perhaps a bit more apprehensive than most given the condition of our 96 year-old Florida home.

Then we met Terrance from All Phase Home Solutions simply by copying his phone number from the side of his truck . Although somewhat new in our area, his website provided many positive recommendations from his previous area. His quote for an addition of a half bath was priced fairly . He was very knowledgeable and creative when planning the design. His crew was very easy to have working in our home. No beer cans in the bushes or obscene language and right on schedule they showed up every time. Terry finished the job very close to his forecast date of completion. The few days delay was actually our fault. We felt comfortable enough with those in his employ that we left them our house key for access while we were out of town. And the final price was the same as he had quoted with a few minor add-ons at our request. We would highly recommend All Phase Home Solutions. This is a small family operation which includes Terry his wife Christine, Son Michael, and his three crew members who worked on our job: John, Nigel, and Josie.

We plan to use them again in the near future.
